Q: How early can I and my vendors, my guests board the yacht?
A: Event host and helpers, vendors such as caterer, party planner, DJ are able to board the yacht 1 hour prior to the event. General boarding starts at 20 minutes prior to the event.
Q: What if some of the guests are running late, can we wait?
A: Yes, we can wait, it is up to the event host’s decision. However, the finish time is the same as originally scheduled.
Q: Can I do self-catering ?
A: Yes, you can bring in your own food. Beverages are prohibited as per regulations of Local Government, you have to order bar service from the Yacht management.
Q: Can I customize departure time ?
A: Usually yes, while there is no conflict schedule at same day. If there is another event already scheduled at same day, you may discuss with yacht management to work out a possible option.
Q: Can I bring in photo booth ?
Q: What is the audio system situation on the yacht ?
A: There are 2 sets of audio systems at yacht, both come with blue tooth connection. 8 speakers plus a 500 W Sub-woofer at main level. 4 speakers at upper level.
Q: Does the yacht come with A/C and heater?
A: Yes, at main level.
Q: Can we jump into water during the cruise ? Can we fishing ?
A: Unfortunately no, the yacht isn’t setup for water sports and fishing, for party only.
Q: Are there cell phone coverage during cruise ?
Q: Can I play photo slide show & videos ?
A: Yes, we recommend you use Iphone or Ipad , we have cord for connection
