All bookings & sales are final. Cancelation only applies to bad weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast).

Please let us know 72 hours prior to charter

If you decide to cancel your booking prior to 72 hours before your scheduled trip, 50% of the payment will be refunded to your credit card. 50% refund only applies to reservations when payments are made in full. There is no refund available for reservations that are partially paid. No refund will be available for any cancellation notice that are less than 72 hours before the charter. If you want change your schedule to another day or time, please let us know 72 hours prior to charter. ONBOAT is pleased to assist you to coordinate change the date to next available date. We will not be able to make date change requests within 72 hours of the charter. For any change requests, dock reservation fees and captain fees are not transferable and client will need to pay for that.

Rules for rescheduling

  1. All rescheduling requests by customers are subject to a $200 fee to cover non refundable dockage & handling fee.
  2. Captain & crew members fee are subject to charge for events within 14 calendar days while rescheduling ( Captain rate is $50 per hour, crew member rate is $25 per hour )
  3. No rescheduling is available within 72 hours of your scheduled event
  4. Free reschedule due to weather (e.g.: rain, fog or small craft advisory from national marine forecast) or mechanical issues
